Our Story

Something spooky
and something sweet.

Ghouls and Grinds started as a love letter to two things we couldn't separate: the ritual of baking and the weird, wonderful spirit of Hanover itself. We wanted a place where a sourdough loaf and a bottle of local honey feel like they belong on the same shelf — because they do.

Every morning, our ovens come alive before dawn. We bake what we know how to do well: crusty artisan loaves, flaky pastries, seasonal preserves, and the kind of treats that make you stop and say, "I didn't know I needed this."
